Transferring BT members, you will receive your welcome letter providing you all the information you need to know about your account, including your login details for Member Online, our secure portal. 

Mercer Super combines deep local expertise with global scale to deliver strong member returns and super you can count on.

 

On 1 April 2023, your BT superannuation and/or pension account was transferred to Mercer Super. You can now enjoy the benefits of an award-winning* super fund with a history of low admin fees1 and a history of strong returns.2

Mercer Super member benefits

As a Mercer Super member you’ll enjoy a number of valuable benefits, including:

Low admin fees –  Our MySuper SmartPath standard admin fees are between 20% and 40% below the MySuper market average, depending on your account balance.1

History of strong returns – Mercer Super’s default investment option Mercer SmartPath delivered 7.9% p.a. over 10 years for one of our largest groups of members, outperforming the comparative industry median of 7.2% p.a.2

Investment options with greater flexibility – With Mercer Super you can choose the level of control you want. You can leave it in the hands of our global team of investment professionals, or make your own choices from a wide range of investment options.

Mercer Super team members at your service – Our Australian-based and highly trained helpline consultants make it their business to know how to support you.

Financial advice – You’ll have access to a range of limited financial advice and support tools, including financial advice about your super account, access to personal advice on investments via e-Advice, available via our secure portal, Member Online.  All at no additional cost.

Insurance cover – Generally, any insurance cover you had previously continues with Mercer Super.

Online access to your account – Manage your super, beneficiaries and investments 24/7 via our secure Member Online portal or the Mercer Super mobile app.

Care & Living with Mercer – Complimentary access to a support service that helps families with the full spectrum of ageing care requirements, from home care to retirement living, residential aged care and end-of-life preparations.

Mercer Super forms can now be lodged.

Once your account details have been issued you can use your Mercer Super online account to make an investment switch, nominate a beneficiary or update your personal details.
